Daniel seems to be doing a lot of the work that contentEditable would 
require as part of Nvu, though it looks like there are still some 
technical problems blocking a browser implementation, so the bug hasn't 
received a great deal of attention. I'd suggest you ask Daniel if you're 
really interested.
