I have a question about the noscript element.<br>

 href="http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/section-scripting0.html#noscript">http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/section-scripting0.html#noscript</a>)<br>

I would like to know <i>why</i> the noscript element must not be used

in XML documents. (I hope this isn't a silly question.)<br>
