Generally on the web most countries use 3 boxes, specifically to avoid
the confusion.  I think this makes a lot of sense, but it's a problem
we can't degrade to in WF2 to legacy UA's, which is one of the reasons
why I can't see the date controls ever being used until WF2 clients
dominate the market.
