[whatwg] suggestion: LINK element for session termination

Tell me about it... over the weekend i tried building Mozilla on a Windows
machine. It took six hours of configuration work just to get to be able to
run make and see my first linking error. I haven't experience such pain
since doing windows 3.0 development last century.

But I'd like to get that working and prototype something to see what the
alternative markup approaches would feel like for a javascript developer.
