[html5] autoplay not respected in Safari

I was trying to use the Audio object per the HTML5 spec.  When U
create a new Audio obj in safari it never autoplays, but the html5
spec suggests that when the content is loaded it should be default
autoplay.  Am I misreading the spec or does safari do it wrong?
