[html5] Transparent content model

Hi All,

Transparent content models is confusing for me.
http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/content-models.html#transparent-content-models

I have two questions.

First, 
I think that transparent element inherits the content model of parent element.
Correct?

Second, 
The spec shows two DOM structures as examples.
The second DOM structure is correct?
The text node "world" is inside the em element.
I think that the text node "world" should be a sibling of the em element.
