[html5] Camera tag?

Any thoughts about adding a camera or webcam tag to the HTML5 spec?

Currently we have to rely on Flash plugins and native apps for things like
video chat.  Portable devices like the Apple iPhone and Palm Pre support
HTML5 and have a built-in cameras, so it would be good to standardize the
API across these devices.

Thoughts?
