[html5] Body copy

Hi,
how do you mark up body copy? This might be a stupid question, but trying to
order content according to the lovely new html5 tags, header, footer,
article, section, aside etc, I can't define the main bulk of content. Is
that supposed to be "the rest", what's left when you strip off all the new
tags?
