[html5] '...loading...'

Thanks Bruce, that fills a spot.
Though I was asking in reference to a whole page '...loading...' message.
Possibly it can be done with javascript.
Have a shim as the initial page loaded, which has the '...loading...'
message.
(With funky animation of course).
This then uses httpRequest to get the Document.
javascript then replaces the current Document with this.
Any show stoppers?
