No, but there is extensive knowledge database out there, check the spec http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/ I believe there is everything you need.
Also check the http://html5doctor.com/, there are a lot of questions answered.
HTML5 is a buzzword now and everyone's making tutorials about it, just need to find them.

Did you also download the css files, images and javascripts? Did you put them in appropriate folders?
