[html5] Your canelation dosn't work

My experience in the past is that it's sometimes hard to use those unsub
email addresses on list servers. You must (understandably) send email from
the email address "on file" with the list.

Those of us with overly elaborate mail redirection setup, and email aliases
on our GMail account(s) must remember to perform a few extra steps to get
it to work.

Not complaining, just saying!  Perhaps it will help some folks who are
having problems with the unsubscribe.
