[imps] XHTML 1.0 + Web Forms 2.0 DTDs

I've modified the XHTML 1.0 Strict and Transitional DTDs to include the
changes specified by the current draft of Web Forms 2.0.

XHTML 1.0 Strict + Web Forms 2.0:
