[imps] Browser Tests project, status update

Hi,

Things have been moving slowly, but here are some news since last
time. The source code is now published on
http://code.google.com/p/browsertests/.
I took a few weeks old snapshot of Mozilla and WebKit tests and ran
them on a few browsers.  The results are visible on
http://www.browsertests.org/.

I've focused on the automation up to now, I hope to write more about
the tests in the future.
