[imps] Content model flag and bogus element names

Some test cases uses bogus element names when testing the content  
model flag. This is a problem when an implementation optimizes stuff  
with the assumption that non-PCDATA content models can only occur with  
known element names.

OK if I change the content model flag tests to use actual HTML element  
names?
