[imps] Altering validator.nu to do static analysis

Is there a way to modify a downloaded version of validator.nu or use it as
is to skip the POST step and just have the program do static analysis on
html? I have my own internal validator.nu set up now, but would like to
speed things up by directly going to the analysis that the server is doing.
