It can't be must (Google's a UA, etc). But I've taken note of this idea
and will look at it in more detail when I examine accesskeys.

You could do that with <em> already, and people haven't. I'm not sure
<accesskey> would be very popular.
Also, UAs should just be able to automatically highlight access keys,
anyway. They know what they are. :-)
