[whatwg] WD-waml1-20040804: 'menu' element

Hello,

Looking at the new Web Applications Markup Language 1.0 draft, I note 
the addition of the 'menubar' and 'menu' elements.

Could the use of the 'menu' element cause problems/confusion for 
browsers that support HTML 2.0 
<http://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc1866.txt>?  HTML 2.0 has a 'menu' 
element, but it works a little differently.

Just thought it was worth pointing out -- please disregard this email if
