Apologies for the lack of a proposal.  I have been attempting to get 
permission to post the canvas documentation from WWDC from Apple, but 
had no success so far.  Bureaucracy sucks sometimes.  Fortunately the 
WebCore source is out there so that the API could be determined anyway.
