compression system(s) be specified > yes (but I'm the wrong man to
choose which one)

compression optional action > yes (the server can request it but can not
expect to get it back in the compressed format - backward comp. with old
UA)

Compressing a compressed file > well, if the server requests it (the
author of the form has chosen to use the compression) - then it would be
that way.

Keep the byte.
