[whatwg] media types

For certain types of webapplications it would be very useful to know the
medium on which the document is being displayed, e.g. projection,
handheld, etc. Currently it is not possible to determine this easily with
scripting.

Therefor I would like to suggest a read-only "window.medium" set to a
media type ("screen" | "print" | "projection" | "tv" | "handheld" |
"speech" etc).
