I've started working on a JsUnit test-suite. Initially it is intended to 
aid in Dean Edward's development of the IE-compatible htc 
implementation, but they might be useful for other implementation 
efforts in the future.

There are only a few tests online right now, though. I mention it so 
that others don't needlessly duplicate the effort.
