[whatwg] Typos in examples

Hi,

The first example on the a element[1] in WA1 should end with '</nav>' 
instead of '</navigation>'.

The first and the second example on application/x-www-form+xml: XML 
submission[2] are not well-formed XML, they should include '<input 
type="submit" value="Send"/>' instead of '<input type="submit" 
value="Send">'.
