No, <?xml-stylesheet> is exactly equivalent to <link rel="stylesheet"> 
with the same attributes except the alternate="" attribute, except if it 
has alternate="yes", in which case it is exactly equivalent to <link 
rel="stylesheet alternate"> with the same attributes except the 
alternate="" attribute.
