[whatwg] Web Forms 2 stable draft draft

I've added a blurb in the status section of the WF2 document listing the 
issues that I am aware of that people still are not happy with with regard 
to the current state of the WF2 draft.

What a horrible sentence.

Anyway, please let me know ASAP if I've missed an issue.
