Hi,
   There's a minor error in the example NodeFilter function in section 
2.5.11.1. Creating an outline. [1]

   ...
   if ((n.namespaceURI == 'http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml') &&
       (n.localName == 'body' || /*n.localName == 'blockquote' ||*/
        n.localName == 'section' || n.localName == 'navigation' ||
        ...

'navigation' should be 'nav' instead.
