Then it could say "(X)HTML Validated!" or "(X)HTML NOT-Validated."
The point is to create a reason why web site owners will ever care. People
will do a cost-benefit analysis of ensuring their (X)HTML validates and,
without a downside they clearly see, too many will choose not to.
