[whatwg] [html5] case sensitive DOMStrings for the <canvas> interface?

http://whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/#canvasrenderingcontext2d defines
several attributes and methods that take DOMStrings. The specification does not
say whether these are to be treated case-sensitive or not except for the few
cases where the specification points to CSS for handling such strings instead.

Can this be clarified?
