[whatwg] HTML 5 spec down

I can see it - San Francisco, CA, SpeakEasy ISP. I have no issues 
pinging (2% packet loss only) their dreamhost server IP 64.111.98.219 - 
either a funky DNS issue in your area, or a local problem, their server 
seems alright?
