Anyone can post blog entries at any time, just sign up and write the blog 
entry. I think you'll need Lachlan's help to actually post it, you can get 
hold of him on IRC (Freednode IRC, #whatwg, Lachy) or just e-mail him or 
mail this list if you prefer.

I don't really have the time to do the PR work as well as the spec-writing 
work, but I encourage all of you to join in and contribute wherever you 
feel comfortable doing so, which can include writing blog posts, 
commenting on other people's blogs, and so on!
