I agree ! And don't forget the "how to use this application" tutorials
which are used increasingly in web apps.
With the hype of ajax application, it's now easy to make a "live"
tutorial (read not video tutorial) for an application in the real
context.
During the tour, you just have to display tooltips with javascript,
and launch the audio with the explanation. Actually, people do this
with flash. You can use wav for 10+ minutes of recorded voice, even in
mono low quality.

Speex would be a good codec for that ;-)
