So why mention "Otherwise" in that case? Say the stack is ("html", "y")  
and we're in innerHTML mode. The second node in the stack is not "body" so  
it's a parse error per the first paragraph. And then other parse error per  
the second paragraph. It seems to me you only want a single parse error.
