[whatwg] <video> element feedback

Actually that sounds like a splendid idea to me.
although I am not sure about using the form tag.  what about something like?

  <button type='rewind' />
  <button type='playpause' />
  <button type='stop' />
 <button type='fastforward' />
</video>
