I think you're wrong and clearly I'm not alone. In fact I think legal  
matters *should* be discussed here and advocate that no-one join your  
little splinter group. Certainly using their name without permission  
was exceedingly poor judgement.

Luckily for you though, you created it at MSN, preventing Hixie from  
walking down the corridor and shutting the group down.
