[whatwg] Placeholder option for text input boxes

INPUT. CHECKED = "checked" 
is equivalent to 
INPUT. SETATTRIBUTE "checked", "checked"
as of MSIE7.

IE:
(did not test) -  FWIRC, getAttribute('checked') will return the value
|false|, what happens after that, I do not know.
