[whatwg] Placeholder option for text input boxes

I think it is rather uncommon that the value entered into a search field
needs a hint about what format it should be in.  The search engine should be
smart enough to figure out what the user was looking for.

Therefore I suggest limiting placeholder to type=search.

I rarely see placeholders used in other context than search. Distinctive  
look of search input should prevent abuse of it for other kinds of inputs.
