>From an implementation perspective this makes life a lot harder as well
since the allowable positions for input now depend on an attribute rather
than just the tag name. WYSIWYG editors would also find it difficult to
indicate the presence of the hidden field in odd locations like between
table and tr even ignoring the fact that they'd have to move it if the
author changed the type.
