[whatwg] Need alpha channel on favicon and log to make outside of circle transparent.

I was looking at favicon at http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/
on firefox tab it looks little ugly as there is no transparency
outside the green ring around the "? "
And the same for logo also.
