In the "10.2 The CSS user agent style sheet and presentational hints"

The declaration of the default namespace (to be applied to names that have no explicit namespace component) is incorrect:
@namespace url(http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml);

Correct one should look like [1]:
@namespace "http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml";
