As designed, there is no reason the HTML5 <video> element would be
incompatible with proxies caching content. If caching does not occur, I
would recommend contacting the Web site's developers (they may be
disabling caching of video files), the proxy vendor (they may be disabling
caching of large files or of file fragments), and the browser vendors
(they may also be disabling caching of large files or of file fragments).
