OK, I see.

and, when passed value is undefined (e.g. `setItem("key")`), which
behavior will be correct?
On current implementation of browsers, I looked as follows.
- IE and Firefox raise error, (arguments number is incorrect)
- Webkit family persist it as string ("undefined")
