[whatwg] <model/>: A 3D Equivalent to <img/>

Thank you Ian. My next step is to create a website that will allow authors
to discuss a presentation explaining <model/>, then to contact the Mozilla
and Webkit groups. This should take place over the next couple of weeks,
and I will report back to WHATWG with updates.
