[whatwg] Convert Highwire Equations to MathML

Hi,

 

I am new to this group.

 

I am working in a project to convert the Highwire Math equations

 

<f>, <fd> which was once used by many famous publishers like UCP,
Elsevier to convert to MathML.

 

Could you please let me know is there any mapping specification or
application available to do this.
