[whatwg] HTML5 XML ISLAND ELEMENT

This is very similar to <svg>. Both orgs (W3C and WHATWG) whould consider
something near this. Would be great.
I hope we have almost no problems with HTML5 XML. This is really needed.
Both of then are essentially documents, and MUST be portable.
