[whatwg] Please link to a specific fragment id on the microformats.org wiki

It has been brought to my attention that linking to the microformats.org wiki from
http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/links.html#other-link-types
without a specific fragment id confuses people because the wiki page includes stuff that doesn't constitute keyword registrations for HTML(5) purposes.

I believe changing the link to point to http://microformats.org/wiki/existing-rel-values#HTML5_link_type_extensions would improve the usability of the registration procedure.
