[html5] Camera tag?

Hi guys,

This is probably not the best forum to discuss a Camera API.

The W3C has recently chartered the Device APIs and Policy Working
Group to meet the demand for these sorts of device APIs.

For example, the fella behind the W3C Geolocation has proposed a
camera API here:

The list is public and good contributions are welcome.
