[html5] Pasteboard support in HTML 5

WebKit defines a pasteboard which gives the following 6 events:

   -

   onbeforecut
   -

   oncut
   -

   onbeforecopy
   -

   oncopy
   -

   onbeforepaste
   -

   onpaste

I could not find these in WHATWG HTML 5 index. Are they available in some
other form in HTML 5 or will HTML 5 not support them.
