[html5] HTMl5 - ol type attribute

Hi, just doing some research and noticed that the <ol> element now allows
start and type attributes.
http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec-author-view/grouping-content.html#the-ol-element

I was wondering if there was any documented reasoning for re-enabling these
attributes from HTML 4. In particular the type attribute, which immediately
strikes me as presentational, although I suppose I can see why I would want
to set this in the HTML.
