[html5] HTML5 Audio Support Ready or Not?

Hi msacks,

Most of the issues reported by Dominic in that post are quality of
implementation issues, not an inherent problem with the API itself.

If implemented as specified, the HTML5 Audio API itself would be
perfectly adequate for most common use cases. Us browser vendors just
need to ensure we're spending time improving and bug-fixing our HTML5
audio implementations.

Chris Pearce.
