[html5] Living Standard

I'm happy to read the recent announcement, which i think is exactly the kind 
of thinking, that will get things rolling in the future, (or rather keep 
them rolling).
I thought about it my self a few years back, either with HTML or CSS, don't 
quite remember..

It would be nice if CSS where to be made a "Living Standard" as well.

Either its just me who don't get it, or maybe the W3C is getting dusty. They 
just made a "HTML5" logo, and its just as dusty as their specification 
layouts. haha!
