[html5] Google Chrome video playback speed problems

I have had issues similar to this before, I never could pinpoint the exact
issues with the file but I think Chrome just doesn't like certain file
formats. Maybe try a .webm format? That what I use for my chrome videos.

http://zencoder.com/ is a great source for formatting videos for web.
